About Bill Quish

Bill Quish has more than 25 years of business sale, merger and acquisition experience as an investment banker and an exit planning advisor. He has developed expertise in planning, originating, structuring, negotiating, and managing complex M&A transactions for middle-market private companies.  His clients have included companies in manufacturing, business services, distribution, private equity, healthcare, medical communications, marketing, staffing, software, e-commerce, real estate services, waste recycling, franchising, telecommunications, printing, insurance agencies, mortgage brokers, travel services, wealth management, leasing and food service.

Bill joined
Lyons Solutions as a Senior Managing Director in 2005.  Previously he was a Managing Director at Suffield Financial Group and President of Quish & Associates, both merger and acquisition advisory firms.

Prior to focusing on mergers and acquisitions, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for two companies.  Earlier Bill practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at both Coopers & Lybrand and Peat Marwick Mitchell.

Bill has a BS in Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).  He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and frequently
